Easy Fit Walking Class designed and instructed by Fitness Professional Sharon Welch
50 minute walking class that is fun for everyone from the beginner to someone whom exercises regularly. It is designed and modified for participants to get what they need and be challenged from the same class. The class begins with a light warm up and ends with stretching and breathing techniques.
